O DLC Bubbly Basin para Pokémon Pokopia trouxe uma série de novos habitats para o jogo, agora organizados em uma aba específica chamada "Basin" dentro do Habitat Dex.
Esses habitats funcionam de maneira semelhante aos do jogo base, onde você deve posicionar itens próximos uns dos outros para criar um ambiente adequado para os Pokémon. Se configurado corretamente, o habitat brilhará e será registrado no seu Habitat Dex. Após um tempo, um Pokémon aparecerá para habitar o local.
A principal diferença é que para acessar esses novos habitats, é necessário possuir o Expansion Pass de Pokémon Pokopia. Abaixo, listamos todos os habitats disponíveis no DLC:
